Specialist Framing and Illuminated Display Solutions

ACE have been manufacturing the original Poster Grip Frame and Lightbox system
for over 10 years and have a proven performance record. This simple yet effective
interchangeable graphic display system with flip front opening can be manufactured
to your required size, shape and profile.  ACE is also the manufacturers of Lumisign;
an edge lit acrylic illuminated display solution.  These stylish signs utilise the
combination of light and router cut grooves with print.

Litho Printing
 Size is important! Having the largest commercial 4 colour litho press in Australia
offers many advantages. ACE also have the ability to print onto paper, cardboard
and some plastics for posters, cartons and large displays.
Printing sizes up to 1600mm x 1100mm.

Screen Printing
ACE provide Screen Printing on a wide range of substrates, ranging from corrugated
board, all types of plastics, metal and even onto wood. With our experience and
knowledge we have the technology to deliver spectacular results on a number of
items, from the smallest nameplate to the largest Point of Purchase display.
Printing sizes up to 2130mm x 1450mm.

Digital Printing
Designed specifically for small quantities requiring full colour printing without film or
plates. Digital printing is fast economical and produces top quality prints straight from
appropriate files.
Printing sizes up to 1530mm wide and as long as required.


Vacuum Forming
ACE take a flat sheet of plastic and mould it to give it your identity. Ideal for counter
units, trays, signage and large displays. We can also provide distortion screen printing
for spectacular backlit 3D effects.
Sizes up to 1900mm x 1000mm.

Laminating, Die cutting & Gluing: At Ace we provide 'in house' sheet lamination, die
cutting (sizes up to 2500mm x 2000mm) and automatic gluing lines. We believe how
well you finish really does count.

Assembly, Packaging & Distribution: Our assembly lines allow for supply of pre
assembly, part assembly and Ezi Erect displays. Plus additions such as motion,
lights or sound. Our packaging ensures your displays arrive safe from damage in
the break-up you require. We offer national and international distribution to your
instructions.
